Use

Press and hold the power button (middle button) for three seconds to turn on your massager. The LED will turn on and the massager will begin to vibrate. Press the power button to cycle through the 5 modes of vibration. Press the + and - buttons to control the 3 intensity levels per mode. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off your massager.
